Overview
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to serve as a Transaction Coordinator. This role is responsible for managing contracts from execution through closing, ensuring every step is handled efficiently and compliantly. The ideal candidate has a strong background in real estate transactions, is detail-oriented, and is comfortable managing multiple contracts simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize real estate contracts from start to finish.
- Coordinate electronic signatures and document handling through DocuSign.
- Track critical dates, deadlines, and contingencies to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and attorneys to facilitate smooth closings.
- Review documents for accuracy and compliance with brokerage and legal standards.
- Provide regular updates to agents and clients on transaction status.
- Prior experience in real estate transaction coordination is required.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, disclosures, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with DocuSign and other e-signature platforms.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines at once.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients and agents.
