About Sellfire
Sellfire is the #1 solution for high-velocity sales. We unlock consistently great performance for results-driven leaders at companies of all sizes. Are you interested in working with team on a mission to help customers put coins into a predictable machine and get dollars out?

We are a team of experienced CEOs, CROs, operators and technologists who live and breathe high-velocity sales. The way we work is guided by our values: Here to win championships, Have your back, Elevate your game.

About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful and collaborative Product Designer (Part-Time) to join our team and take Sellfire’s design maturity to the next level. This role will partner directly with the Head of Platform and work alongside product and engineering teams to shape a broad, complex web application used daily by high-performing sales teams.

You’ll be our first dedicated in-house designer, helping us move faster and smarter, unblocking product workflows, improving UX quality, and turning complexity into clarity. You’ll start at 20–25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance and company needs.

Within One Month, you’ll…

  • Get oriented to the Sellfire platform, key user personas, and current product roadmap.

  • Audit current flows and identify 2–3 areas where design friction is highest.

  • Begin contributing to active product specs and collaborating in Figma with product and engineering.

Within 3 months, you’ll…

  • Lead design for net-new features and core improvements from concept through handoff.

  • Work closely with the Head of Platform to simplify high-friction flows and propose UX strategies informed by user personas.

  • Establish design patterns and maintain components that support scale and clarity across the app.

Within 6 months, you’ll…

  • Be seen as a trusted partner in product strategy, capable of owning initiatives end-to-end.

  • Drive forward our vision for high-leverage design investments (e.g., systemization, reporting views, onboarding, etc.)

  • Contribute to measurable improvements in UX (e.g., increased adoption, faster workflows, reduced support).

Background and Experience

  • Experience:

    • 3–5+ years of product design experience (preferably in SaaS or web applications)

    • Prior work with complex systems or data-heavy platforms

    • Familiarity with Figma (Including prototypes) and modern product design workflows

  • Skills:

    • Ability to design low-friction, high-impact user flows

    • Strong UX instincts, with a focus on speed-to-value and user clarity

    • Competency in visualizing complex data in simple, elegant interfaces

    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

  • Attributes:

    • Scrappy and self-directed: you know how to navigate ambiguity and take initiative

    • Empathetic: you advocate for the user but also understand business needs

    • Detail-oriented: you sweat the details, but know when to zoom out

    • Curious and strategic: you want to understand the “why” behind every design

Key Responsibilities

  1. Own: The end-to-end UX/UI of Sellfire's most critical workflows by translating user insight and platform goals into elegant, functional designs.

  2. Assist: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to scope features, prototype solutions, and ensure high-quality implementation.

  3. Teach: Bring expertise in UX principles, interaction design, and data visualization to the table. Educate the broader team on best practices where needed.

  4. Learn: Become deeply familiar with our diverse user base—understanding their needs, goals, and pain points. Grow into broader product strategy and leadership over time.
