Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining custom copilots.
- Integrating Copilot Studio with other Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Dataverse, Power Automate).
- Designing conversational flows, intents, and entities.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into Copilot capabilities.
- Implementing security, compliance, and governance best practices.
- Troubleshooting and optimizing bot performance and user engagement.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in Power Platform development (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI design.
- Experience with Azure services, REST APIs, and data integration.
- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles in chatbot design.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.
- Experience with adaptive cards and Power Virtual Agents.
This is a remote position.
Compensation: $40.00 per hour
