Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Lead! In this role, you will support the Marketing Operations team’s demand generation goals by coordinating and executing trade shows and events, marketing automation and execution for email marketing, and project management and execution for demand generation campaigns. You’ll be responsible for coordinating projects in Monday.com, ensuring campaigns are well-tracked and aligned across marketing and cross-functional stakeholders, and documenting scalable workflows that drive consistency and operational excellence. You will grow your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and gain exposure across various marketing channels.
What You'll Do:
Tradeshow and event support, coordinating pre-event planning and logistics, including booth materials, shipping promotional items, and stakeholder & attendee communication, as well as tracking budget, timeline and vendor management
Maintain a calendar of events and help prepare event briefs and post-event reports to share ROI and drive future participation
Support day-to-day project management for marketing campaigns and initiatives collaborating with cross-functional teams (design, content, digital, sales) to ensure deliverables are completed on time
Maintain and update project tracking tools, timelines, and documentation and help to standardize workflows and optimize marketing processes
Gain familiarity with email builds, QA, and deployment in marketing email platform, assisting with list pulls, segmentation, testing, and tracking campaign performance and ensuring compliance with brand, legal, and data privacy standards
Provide assistance with campaign tracking and reporting using analytics tools and support data hygiene and system updates across the marketing tech stack (CRM, MAP, etc.).
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or project coordination, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or healthcare and an interest or familiarity with the US healthcare landscape (the unique needs of providers and specialty care segments)
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort navigating collaborative platforms like Office 365 and Confluence.
Proven ability to manage marketing project timelines and task coordination using tools like Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience documenting processes, maintaining SOPs, and improving operational workflows.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with a focus on keeping teams aligned and deliverables on track.
Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
Base pay for US is $75,000 - $85,000, depending on qualifications. In addition, Phreesia also offers equity as part of an attractive & comprehensive Total Rewards package. Phreesia is a fully remote company; however, candidates located in ET and CT regions are given priority in the hiring process.
