This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine legal expertise with innovative technology solutions in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. You will provide practical, commercially-oriented legal guidance to support business initiatives, sales, and operational strategies. Collaborating with internal teams across Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership, you will influence key business decisions while ensuring compliance with corporate policies, data privacy, and regulatory requirements. The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in dynamic settings and enjoys shaping processes and contracts that drive organizational success.

Accountabilities

  • Draft, review, analyze, and negotiate contracts, including customer agreements, partnerships, NDAs, and other commercial arrangements.
  • Provide guidance on vendor agreements across products and services, including SaaS, professional services, marketing, events, and software development.
  • Partner with internal teams to close deals while ensuring alignment with corporate policies, business procedures, compliance, and data privacy.
  • Review and advise on new product features, including AI-related functionality, prior to commercialization.
  • Support leadership and stakeholders on legal, business, and strategic matters in a fast-growing environment.
  • Assist with M&A due diligence and contribute to the drafting of company policies and guidelines.
  • Research and provide recommendations on legal issues such as antitrust, competition, intellectual property, and privacy regulations.


Requirements
  • JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice in the United States.
  • 3–5+ years of legal experience, including law firm and/or in-house experience in technology companies.
  • Proven ability to provide practical, commercially-focused legal advice.
  • Strong knowledge of US and European privacy laws; experience with SaaS/subscription agreements preferred.
  • Excellent contract management and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Practical, commercial approach to problem solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and handle deadlines under pressure.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to anticipate and adapt to changing business needs.
