About this role:
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you will bring a blend of creative thinking and analytical problem-solving to craft compelling product narratives. You will transform complex solutions into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with target audiences. You will own product positioning, lead market intelligence efforts, and develop go-to-market strategies that articulate our value proposition. With excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, you will confidently represent the company at industry conferences, panels, and both customer-facing and internal events. You will drive product positioning, market intelligence, and create compelling narratives that communicate our solution's value proposition.

What You'll Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, sales, engineering, corporate marketing and customer success teams to ensure that the product’s development aligns with market needs and customer feedback
Produce clear, differentiated product messaging such as product demonstrations, success stories, blogs, and more for use by our sales teams and marketing for awareness and demand generation
Provide the sales team with the tools, training, and content they need to effectively sell and position the product. This includes creating sales decks, case studies, demo scripts, and product training sessions
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and messaging.
Collaborate closely with sales leadership and account executives to define account-based strategies, ensure alignment with revenue goals, and optimize engagement at every stage of the buyer journey.
Build strong relationships with industry influencers, analysts, and partners to promote thought leadership.
Work with the Sales and Customer Success teams to align marketing efforts with customer needs and product capabilities. Drive customer feedback loops to inform product development and identify market opportunities.
Track and report on key KPIs, including account level engagement, pipeline influence, and revenue impact, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business objectives.

Experience:
10+ years in Product Marketing in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally targeting enterprise clients.
Proven track record of marketing to industrial sectors like Oil & Gas, Energy, or Chemicals.
Strong understanding of predictive maintenance or AI/ML solutions.
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer messaging.
Expertise in creating and executing go-to-market strategies.
Measures of Success
