With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity, Internally Driven, Fun, and Respect, the RevTech Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for networking with and recruiting healthcare professionals to ensure project needs are staffed with outstanding employees in a timely manner.

Here's What You'll Be Doing:

  • Sourcing employees for specific assignments using various job posting/search mediums
  • Creatively network and use social media to contact/search for applicants
  • Aggressively pursuing both active and passive candidates, search on job boards
  • Act as a liaison between client facilities and newly hired candidates
  • Responsible for screening applications and resumes, interviewing candidates, complete reference checks
  • Evaluate and recommend candidates for hire
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws
  • Documentation of confidential information per HIPAA standards
  • All other tasks and duties as assigned

Here's What We Are Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills (orally and written)
  • Personable and professional
  • Strong, competitive, and goal-oriented nature
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to retain information and can independently work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to ask and answer open-ended questions
  • Detail-oriented and proactive approach to problem solving

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associates level or higher education in business, sales, marketing, or another related field 
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous experience in a staffing or recruitment setting or position

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as necessary
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time
  • Occasionally move throughout office environment
  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance
  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment

Compensation/Benefits Information:

  • The estimated base pay for this position is $45,000-$55,000/per year. 
  • Base pay will vary based on internal equity, candidates' skills and professional experience, geographic location, market and other potential factors. TotalMed offers a comprehensive benefits package. 
  • This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission. Please ask your recruiter for more information. 
  • This role will be joining the TotalMed internal corporate organization.
