You have 5+ YoE in a design role for B2B SaaS companies
You consider yourself a “full-stack” design generalist who spikes in web app UI/UX design (ie, "T-shaped" designer with depth in product design)
Your superpower is distilling complex user workflows into seamless designs
You’re excited about rolling up your sleeves and build mockups in Figma in the AM, but also take part in high-level product & design roadmap sessions in the PM
You thrive at digesting data from various sources - customer interviews, insights from sales/founders, desktop research, product analytics, etc. - to form a holistic understanding of customers & users
You get a kick out of co-designing through collaboration, and are comfortable with fast and frequent iteration cycles
You're skilled at switching between 80/20 mode and extreme pixel-perfect detail orientation depending on the project and task at hand
You have experience designing complex workflow software (eg, CAD, design & creative tools, enterprise SaaS, GIS/mapping platforms, etc.)

Create designs for new features and improve designs for existing features
Continuously identify UI/UX improvement opportunities across product
Build and scale design system
Lead discovery / feedback sessions with customers and sales
Collaborate with engineering team throughout design and implementation
Be team’s design go-to person across web, graphic, animation, and brand
Bring design & UX thought leadership to inform high-level strategic & product planning
