Role Objective
This isn't just administrative support. You'll be the right hand of the Chief of Staff and the operational backbone for a CEO who's changing immigration law one family at a time. Every meeting you schedule, every email you manage, every travel arrangement you make directly impacts someone's path to freedom in America.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-8 years supporting executives in an administrative capacity Scheduling wizardry - managing calendars for someone who's always moving Tech savvy - comfort with remote tools, dynamic software, and digital workflows
- Passion for our mission - you don't need to know immigration law, but you should care deeply about helping immigrant families
- Cultural sensitivity - our clients often come from trauma, so empathy is essential
- Exceptional written communication - you'll draft emails that represent our brand.
Responsibilities:
- Master complex scheduling across time zones for a CEO who has tremendous demands on her time

- Own email management for someone who gets a slew of messages daily (filtering, prioritizing, drafting responses)
- Coordinate travel for speaking engagements, court appearances, and strategic meetings
- Project support on firm expansion, podcast production, and strategic initiatives
- Client interaction with immigrants and families navigating life-changing legal processes
- Collaborate with our Chief of Staff on executive priorities and firm operations
- Be the gatekeeper who ensures CEO can focus on what she does best: fighting for families
Compensation & Benefits:
- $70,000 - $85,000 annually
- 5 weeks PTO/year

Hiring Steps:
This will be a three-phased process.
- PHASE 1 - Initial interview to discuss experience and passion for our mission.
- PHASE 2 - We will ask you to engage in a brief and practical exercise where we will create a fictional travel scenario and expect you to prioritize requests for meetings based on your judgment.
- PHASE 3 - The final round will consist of an interview with our CEO.
