Wiz is scaling fast, and our partner ecosystem is a key growth lever. We’re looking for a Partner Marketing Strategy Director to lead our global partner marketing strategy — across CSPs, technology integrations, and strategic global and national partners. You’ll define the go-to-market vision, enable field partner marketers across regions, and work closely with sales and alliances to ensure our partner activities drive meaningful business outcomes.
What you’ll do:
- Build and evolve the global partner marketing strategy across key partner categories: CSPs, integrations, and strategic alliances
- Partner with sales, alliances, and field marketing to define priorities, goals, and plays that drive pipeline and influence
- Create scalable campaign frameworks, messaging, and tools that empower our regional field marketers to activate with partners locally
- Align with global partner sales leaders to ensure marketing efforts support joint business objectives
- Define metrics for success, track performance, and continuously optimize based on results
- Serve as the connective tissue between partner marketing, sales, and product GTM teams
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of partner marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What you’ll bring:
- 12+ years in B2B partner or field marketing, within enterprise technology, cybersecurity or SaaS companies
- Proven experience working with cloud providers, technology partners, and GSIs/MSPs
- A strategic mindset with the ability to turn big-picture vision into practical, repeatable programs
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills — you’re comfortable and at ease working with sales, product, and regional teams
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- A builder’s mindset — you’re energized by creating structure where none exists
- Experience building and scaling partner marketing programs from the ground up
