Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Business Development to lead growth initiatives within the Microsoft Dynamics and Azure ecosystem. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline generation, campaign ROI, and strategic partnerships, leveraging cutting-edge tools like CRM platforms, Outreach, Copilot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
The ideal candidate will be a metrics-driven leader who thrives at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Innovation, with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and enterprise solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth & Pipeline Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Microsoft Dynamics and Azure space.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns using CRM, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Leverage ZoomInfo and other data platforms to enrich lead generation and segmentation.
- Campaign Management & ROI Analysis
- Collaborate with Marketing to design and launch integrated campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership based on data-driven analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Innovation teams to align go-to-market strategies with emerging technologies.
- Work closely with Sales leadership to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and execution.
- Serve as a bridge between technical and commercial teams to ensure cohesive customer engagement.
- Technology & Tools Enablement
- Champion the use of Microsoft Copilot and other AI-driven tools to enhance productivity and personalization.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and platforms to improve business development efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the Microsoft ecosystem (Dynamics, Azure).
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Microsoft Copilot.
- Demonstrated ability to build and analyze metrics, KPIs, and ROI for campaigns.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
