Be a dependable first point of contact for clients, offering friendly and solution-oriented support.
Communicate through phone, email, and virtual meetings to answer questions and resolve requests.
Translate complex information into simple, easy-to-understand explanations.
Keep accurate, detailed records of client conversations for seamless follow-up.
Proactively check in with clients to ensure they’re on track with their goals.
Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
A calm, patient demeanor—even when navigating challenging situations.
Comfort working independently in a remote environment.
Customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required.
