You’ll be on the front lines of customer engagement, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and fueling the sales pipeline. Accountabilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting efforts via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate qualified sales leads.
  • Identify key decision-makers within target organizations and initiate discovery conversations.
  • Understand customer pain points and articulate how the platform can address their needs.
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Maintain and update CRM data within your assigned territory to track engagement and progress.
  • Support online and occasional in-person demos, events, and industry functions when requested.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and collaborate with sales, marketing, and revenue ops.


Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B sales or demand generation roles.
  • Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound outreach and lead qualification.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; self-disciplined and goal-driven.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative approach.
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft/Outreach, Drift, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly grasp customer needs and present value propositions clearly.
  • Enthusiastic, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-moving, mission-led environment.

  • Base salary of $55,000–$65,000 with OTE ranging from $87,000 to $105,000.
