Business Development Manager IT Staffing (Commission-Only) REMOTE ROLE Part time Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales efforts to drive growth in our IT Consulting / contract/contract to hire/ full time IT staffing division.
Identify and target new clients interested in hiring solutions.
Nurture and expand relationships with existing clients, emphasizing our staffing offerings.
Utilize various channels, including cold calls, networking events, and social media, to engage prospective clients and generate business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal recruitment team to ensure seamless service delivery and leverage collective strengths.
Source top-tier hiring managers and decision-makers interested in our staffing solutions.
Drive negotiations and close deals to consistently meet or exceed sales targets in the staffing segment.
Qualifications:
5+ years of successful experience in sales or business development roles within IT staffing.
Track record of selling staffing solutions to clients across diverse industries.
Exceptional client-facing and relationship-building skills, with a focus on the staffing market.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve business growth in the hiring sector.
Proficiency in contingent labor/contract staffing and direct hire placements.
Ability to effectively prospect, convert leads, and maintain client relationships specifically in the hiring space.
