THE ROLE 

The Associate Retail Media Manager role will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our holistic paid search strategy across key e-commerce platforms and retail media networks. The ideal candidate thrives in a highly collaborative and fast-paced environment as they will work closely with internal teams and external agency partners. The role of Associate Retail Media Manager will be crucial to the continued growth of our media system and contribution to online revenue. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee media strategy across e-commerce retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Target, etc.)
  • Collaborate with our internal marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment with broader brand and business objectives
  • Manage communications with external agencies and retailers to understand growth opportunities, strategies, and consumer behaviors
  • Analyze and track appropriate KPIs to assess media effectiveness and uncover actionable insights
  • Lead optimization of investments both in and between platforms
  • Develop and deliver regular reporting and strategic insights to key stakeholders
  • Proactively identify new trends, tools and opportunities to activate

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field; or equivalent practical experience 
  • 3+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, media buying and/or shopper marketing, either brand side or at an agency. CPG experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working with key retail media networks including, but not limited to, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel, Instacart, DoorDash, Kroger and Sam’s Club MAP 
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Seller Center, Scintilla, Analytic Index, and MMM 
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel domestically for business related meetings
  • Some lifting and the movement of moderate loads require 50-pound lifting requirement
  • Willingness and the ability to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business demands

COMPENSATION

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $65,000 - $75,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market, minimum wage requirements, and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
